In our PIP Settler child care program we have a partnership approach with you in developing your baby's daily schedule starting from capturing special moments with photos and sending them to you. Each day, we will provide a detailed written report of your little one's feeding, sleeping, diapering, and learning activities. We make sure this first transition away from home is smooth and joyful for you and your baby in kids play school. Through personalized care and engaging activities in a calm, secure environment and in kids play school, our team of professionals fosters your baby's early foundational skills. We believe that early brain development is dependent on a multitude of factors, including caregiver responsiveness, exposure to language and conversation, nutrition, and physical activity. In our Settler program, we have a holistic approach where we support growth of your infant in all areas. We provide responsive caregiving to infants which not only helps them begin to manage their emotions and gain a sense of safety in their social environments. Whether your baby is just starting to raise his or her head, rolling from stomach to back, or taking that first step, our caregivers offer plenty of comfortable space for them to practice motor skills in a safe and secure environment.
