What can be returned?
Defective or damaged learning materials purchased from Peas in Pod Preschool. If you receive learning materials that are defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to replace the materials free of charge.
What can't be returned?
Used learning materials: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used learning materials.
Refund Policy
- Will be issued for defective or damaged learning materials.
- Will be issued if a course is cancelled by Peas in Pod Preschool.
- May be issued for students withdrawing from a course mid-semester.
Processing time:
Refunds will be processed within 10 – 15 working days of receiving your return request.
